Happy Holidays!
We look back to 2021...

2021 for the Nunzio Impellizzeri Dance Company marks the 7th anniversary of its foundation.  A particularly precious period for all of us, during which the work of the company has been presented and applauded in theaters and international festivals in Switzerland, Germany, Russia, Italy, Finland, Denmark, Chile, Spain and Central America. 2021 has been an incredibly creative and exciting year for us and we hope you enjoy this little update on what we have been up to.
PLEASE, HOLD ME premiered on 17 June and toured at Festa Danzante in Ticino, Tanzfest in Bern and Wildwuchs Festival in Basel. The creation will be performed next at the Kurtheater Baden on 12 March 2022 and has also been selected for the next edition of the Out & About Tour for Tanzfest Switzerland in May 2022. Furthermore, the creation will be performed at the Festival Zurich Tanzt in May 2022 and it has also been chosen for the Bäderfest Baden in autumn 2022.
CORPO BAROCCO was particularly appreciated by the audience in Zaragoza, Spain, at the Múver Festival. Nunzio Impellizzeri was invited to talk about the creation in a video interview.
ARTTV-CH released a beautiful video portrait of Nunzio Impellizzeri last March.
NUNZIO IMPELLIZZERI has been invited as guest choreographer to create
MURMURIU, a new creation for La MOV Compañia de Danza premiering at the Teatro Principal de Zaragoza in Spain, on October 21st.
DANZA SI, one of the most important Italian dance magazines, dedicated a special
15-pages article about Nunzio Impellizzeri to present his work to Italian friends.
In HERALDO the Spanish newspaper wrote several times about Nunzio Impellizzeri's work this year. Carmen De la Figuera wrote: "Impellizzeri creates some exceptional movements with the dancers. ...Sometimes you don't know whether there are bugs or mammals, boys or girls on the stage ...and it doesn't matter because the important thing is the effect he achieves."
Thank you for your continued support and interest in our work and we look forward to meeting you to our performances in 2022!

Stay tuned for more!
